Founded in 2007 by Phil and Dolly Kaiser, Philly’s is a Burnsville, Minnesota-based company specializing in gourmet snack mixes, sweet creations and homemade craft items. Visit Philly’s at the Minneapolis Food and Wine show in March and the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market Annex Saturdays and Sundays from May through October to try any of their homemade treats.
